Who runs the company
Donald Jon is the company operator, and the work covers extraction of standing water, structural drying with measured equipment, removal of mold-affected materials and sewage backup cleanup. Each job is documented with photos and moisture readings so the file is ready for an insurance review.
How we work
Estimates are written after a look at the site, and typical ranges are published on the pricing page so you know the scale before calling. Work that belongs to another trade, such as plumbing repair or roof replacement, is scoped and passed to the right contractor.
Hours and service area
The office is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and the emergency line is open 24 hours. We serve Mercer Island, WA and the nearby communities listed on the areas page.
